Northwestern University B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Segal Design Certificate hopes and dreams, In my ideal world, everyone involved in the design process knows the story of the users who inspired it...right down to the engineers in manufacturing. Replacing a nut and bolt with a button is an arduous task, but could mean the world for users with low hand dexterity. If we map every design decision to a specific need, the effort involved feels worthwhile. I want to spread user design throughout the production process to produce products that everyone will be proud of. and other things I enjoy!
